Pricing Policy
The price of our products and services is subject to delivery costs and GST and will be the price stated on our order form. Where no price is stated on our order form, the price shall be the price listed on our price list or website, which shall be current at the date and time of your order. Although we try to ensure all the prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. We will also reserve the right to change the price of the products and services at any time before delivery to reflect any increase in the cost to us that may be due to factors beyond our control (for example, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of imports or other duties, increases in labour, materials, or other manufacturing costs, changes in delivery dates, quantities, or specifications for the products or services requested by you, or any delay caused by any information or instructions given by you or a failure by you to provide us with any adequate information or instructions). Also, the price of our products on our online store may or may not be at the retail partners. We do not accept any liability for any discrepancy between the prices in our retail partners and online stores. Also, from time to time, especially during sales or promotional periods, we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from duro.com.sg that do not apply to the physical retail outlets or vice versa.
Delivery
You may choose any of the following delivery options when placing your order with us: Self-Collection (applicable for Singapore purchases only) For self-collection, you can collect your order at our Sales & Service Centre during our business hours. You are required to provide Identity Card verification as well as an invoice of purchase. Local Delivery For purchases above S$100, there will be free delivery service within the main island, less restricted areas. For purchases below S$100, an S$20 delivery fee applies. International Delivery via Fedex (applicable for International purchases only) For international delivery, all orders will be delivered by Fedex . You will be subject to the international mail rates stated by Fedex as well as import taxes, customs duties, and other fees related to international delivery. Delivery should be acknowledged by you or your authorised recipient during the delivery on the invoice presented by the delivery personnel. You should ensure that an authorised recipient is present at the delivery address during the selected timeslot to receive the delivery, failing which, DURO reserves the right to charge you a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip. Evidence of Delivery Your order will be deemed to be delivered once we receive the authorised couriers' delivery note or invoice, which, when and however signed as acknowledgement of receipt of the product and services, will be proof of delivery by us of the products and services specified therein. Failure to take Delivery If you fail to take delivery of the products and services or if you fail to give us adequate delivery information and instructions when placing your order with us, DURO reserves the right to store the products ordered until actual delivery and charge you for the extra costs of a second or more delivery.
Payment
The mode of payment for online purchases is Credit or Debit Cards via SHOPIFY. We shall issue receipts for all payments received by us. Time of payment of the price of the products and services shall be of essence. The product will be sent out only after full payment has been received.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order immediately after it has been submitted, up to one (1) day before the scheduled delivery date. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, we will not accept the cancellation of any products or services. Thereafter, it will be deemed a return product, and you will receive a full refund of the merchandise ONLY (including applicable taxes); shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made by telephone or email and must be supported by valid reasons. For the avoidance of doubt, the ability to source or obtain the same products and/or services specified in your order for a lower price shall not amount to a valid reason entitling you to cancel your order. We shall also be entitled to cancel the purchase or suspend any further deliveries to you without any liability whatsoever, if you make any voluntary arrangement with your creditors, become bankrupt, become subject to an administration order, go into liquidation, have a receiver, liquidator, or administrator appointed over any of your property or assets, cease, or threaten to cease, to carry on business, or if we reasonably believe that any of the above mentioned events are about to occur to you.
Returns
All products, once sold, are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for wrong delivery or faulty products, provided they are reported to Customer Service within 3 business days upon acceptance of delivery. All such products must be returned to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. For products with installation and exhaustible parts, the cost of installation and exhaustible parts shall be borne by you. All returns must be accompanied by a sales invoice with the date of purchase. Return of products will only be at our Sales & Service Centre located at 61, Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #04-33, Singapore 417943. . Please note that we may request that you email or send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. For overseas returns, you have to return the products and bear the return freight charges. Upon receipt of the products, DURO will send the replacement product(s) via mail. Normal delivery lead time applies. All returns are your responsibility until they reach our Sales & Service Centre.
Refund
We do not offer refunds for products lost during International Delivery as we have no control over the postal service in your country. Refunds of any money for products and services ordered and/or cancelled are entirely within our discretion. A refund of merchandise and taxes will be given; however, shipping and handling for delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Notwithstanding this, we reserve the right to charge you a flat fee of S$70 for the administrative, packing costs incurred by us in processing, preparing your order, and subsequent refund. For safes above 20 kg, a transport fee will be levied based on the weight and size of the model.
Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Singapore shall govern these terms and conditions, and the courts of the Republic of Singapore shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us and you with respect to these terms and conditions and the use of this website.
Severability
If for any reason, any provision herein is found void or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes
Please note, we may change information on this site and/or these terms at any time without notice. You should regularly review these terms for any changes. By continuing to use the site, you agree to any changes, and by providing continued access to the site, we are providing you with consideration for your agreement to such changes.
